On Saturday, October 27th, thousands of ghosts,
witches and ghouls gathered in downtown Avalon Park for the annual Spooktacular
event. Keller Williams Advantage Realty hosted a booth this year near the
center stage. Real estate agents Rene Ojito from Keller Williams Advantage III Realty in Lake Nona and Frank Kusiak from Keller Williams Advantage II Realty
in Waterford Lakes manned the booth and prepared to be spooked!
As the princesses, pirates and even pets walked around
trick-or-treating at all the booths, Rene and Frank struck up conversations with
the parents of these imaginative children. It was surprisingly easy to talk
about real estate in Avalon Park to the local residents. They were very
interested in how the real estate market is shifting once again, and there were
several who were in the market for buying or selling their home. Rene is excited by the results of the Spooktacular;
he was able to connect with the Avalon Park community in both a personal and
business capacity.
