Our calendar is full of at least 40 classes each month, the majority of which are taught by the top producing REALTORS® in the three offices of the Advantage Group.

New Stores at Waterford Lakes Town Center!

Waterford Lakes Town Center looks forward to offering new stores to its community this Fall. The town center will be enhanced with tween retailer Justice, gourmet chocolate shop Pertbrooke Chocalatier and Spanish-influenced 100 Montaditos.

Justice will be located between Ross Dress for Less and Target, offering fashionable clothing for girls.

Peterbrooke Chocolatier will replace the former Rocky Mountain Chocolate space, offering the art of fine European chocolate-making.

100 Montaditos is already open next to the Marble Slab Creamery. It is named after its signature item, the montadito, a crunchy Spanish roll baked to order and packed with traditional Spanish meats, cheeses, sauces and other toppings.

Avalon Park’s Spooktacular: A Huge Success



On Saturday, October 27th, thousands of ghosts, witches and ghouls gathered in downtown Avalon Park for the annual Spooktacular event. Keller Williams Advantage Realty hosted a booth this year near the center stage. Real estate agents Rene Ojito from Keller Williams Advantage III Realty in Lake Nona and Frank Kusiak from Keller Williams Advantage II Realty in Waterford Lakes manned the booth and prepared to be spooked!




As the princesses, pirates and even pets walked around trick-or-treating at all the booths, Rene and Frank struck up conversations with the parents of these imaginative children. It was surprisingly easy to talk about real estate in Avalon Park to the local residents. They were very interested in how the real estate market is shifting once again, and there were several who were in the market for buying or selling their home.  Rene is excited by the results of the Spooktacular; he was able to connect with the Avalon Park community in both a personal and business capacity.

SCAM Targets Real Estate Agents....


A scam is sending e-mails to real estate agents, asking they call in with personal information because their professional license is being suspended, a state spokeswoman said Wednesday. However, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation did not send the e-mails and officials think it is a ruse to steal personal information from unsuspecting victims, said Sandi Poreda, the agency's communication director. More at the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
